Belgrade, MT 8/3/08 -  This time the motor is fixed for good and
it showed.  Last Friday's races in Belgrade proved to be the first victory of the season for the 9 team.  It wasn't an easy one, though, as Jeff had to come from the 11th starting position.  The team is hoping that the second half of the season will go more like this weekend!

Belgrade, MT 7/13/08 -  Despite a heat win and a third place finish in Belgrade, the problems with the motor of the #9 seem to be continuing.  After a slightly better performance on Friday, all the previous problems and more came back Saturday in Billings.  However, this time it looks like we have finally found a cause.  We are still crossing our fingers and hoping it will be fixed for this Friday and Saturday's Rumble in the Mountains in Belgrade.

Belgrade, MT 6/28/08 -  We finally got the car fixed and the season started off right and the chassis is working excellent.  The motor, not so much.  So far we've put in two nights at Gallatin Speedway and finished 6th and 3rd.  The changes we made to the chassis seem to be working great, but there are still some problems with the motor.  For some reason or another, it is not running right.  Hopefully we can get it back to normal this week in the shop.  We'll see you all on the 11th, have a great 4th!

Billings, MT 6/7/08 -
Since the car was ready and Belgrade's races had been rained out the past few weeks, we decided to head down to Billings on Saturday.  After only about 3 laps in the heat race, the #9 was involved in a wreck on the frontstretch that put it out for the rest of the night.  It will probably take a few weeks to be race-ready again.  Here's a picture of the wreckage:
